Probability in Deck of Cards Experiment:  In a deck of cards consists of

1.  52 cards.

2.  26 Red Cards and 26 Black Cards.

3. There are foiur suits in a deck I,e, Dimonds, Heart, Cliub and Spades.

4. Each suite consists of 13 cards.The numbered cards are9 Starting from 2 to 10, 3 Faces cards King (K), Queen (Q) and Jack(J) and one Ace.

5. The Dimonds and Heart are Red in Colour where as the Spade and Club are Black in Colour.

Example 1: A card is pulled at random from Deck of Cards. What is the probability of getting a Black King?

Total Outcomes: 52

Favourable Outcomes = 2 ( Black King can be from Spades or Club)

P(Black ;King) = frac{2}{26}=frac{1}{13}
